We package and ship most orders within 4 days from order placement, occasionally it takes longer to package orders so please allow at least one week for your order to start making it’s way to you.
Shipping times may vary depending on the destination. Once an order is shipped we have no control over how long it will take to arrive. We also have no control over whether or not your order is delayed in your country’s customs office. By placing an order you accept the risk that your order may be delayed for these reasons.
All orders incur a shipping charge, which will be displayed upon checkout. Shipping costs are calculated according to your location. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery are at the discretion of your country’s tax and import regulations. All such fees are the purchaser’s responsibility. For additional information, please refer to your local customs agency.
We do not deliver products in person, and local pick up is not available.
All products are shipped in bubble mailers so your product stays as safe as possible, however we can't guarantee that backing cards will escape damage during shipping.
If you require an order by a specific date, please contact us at email@example.com to discuss alternate shipping methods.
Tracking of your order is also available upon request (prior to an order being placed).
Please note, adding tracking to an order is likely to cost just as much or more than the order itself.
Requests for expedited shipping methods and tracking will incur additional charges.
We do not send shipping confirmation emails, please feel free to contact us about your order if it hasn't been received within 7 weeks.
